Located 8,5 km off the coast of Punta del Este, Isla de Lobos has one of the largest colonies of sea lions and fur seals in the world. The island has been a declared a natural reserve, providing more than 260,000 marine animals a safe space to reproduce.
Board a boat and cross over to the island. Approaching the island from the west, the sea lions and seals will provide you with a cheerful and noisy welcome.
